Registration for the meeting, short courses, field trips, special events, social and guest activities will open on March 19th. Registration may be done online, by fax or by mail. To complete registration online, proceed directly to the button below, “Click here to register”. To register by mail or fax, download and print the following pdf file of the Registration Form. Then either FAX or mail it in using the instructions on the form. Student registration is being underwritten by the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists Foundation. Registration fees are free for students, however they must still register, providing their names and their schools. Students must also pay for any other meeting activities they wish to attend as well as for lodging. All convention attendees must sign the Release of Liability at the bottom of the registration form. Meeting registration has been sub-contracted to a local reservations agent who usually books travel and activities. Therefore the process and vocabulary of the online registration site differ from previous online convention registration experiences.
Arrival and Departure Dates: Enter registration here by selecting June 10-17, or longer. Nothing shorter. This will not affect your hotel reservations.
Registration Table: Toggle to select your registration option.
Travel Insurance: Allow it to stay posted when it comes up the first time, then remove it just once after you have made all your selections.
Additional Package Items: Look here, at the top of the page, to find field trips, short courses, special events, social events, guest activities and convention lodging. Return repeatedly to this list to continue selecting items.

Print Voucher Message: Some ticked functions prompt the message, "This itinerary requires vouchers. Please click the Print Vouchers button to print them." Click on the bright orange button in the upper left corner, revealing the voucher. Print it off and bring it to the meeting to exchange for a ticket.
Dead End? Click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the screen. You get kicked back to the welcome screen and can start again. OR just follow tips 1 or 2 above!
